								<content type="html">Therefore, restricting the use of the linkspan may have been legal in 1995, but as economic and other circumstances have changed, since 1995, it may no longer be the case. It will now be open for Seaside to argue, if it wishes to return to court, that the agreement, and the restriction on the use of the linkspan, is currently unlawful.</content>

												<content type="html">I noticed in the press at the weekend that Mcquarrie Bank are said to be under increasing financial pressure which has resulted in another of their assects Bristol Internation Airport being put up for sale. However it is not expected to sell for the inflated price the bank paid for it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Meantime, I would have thought the bank would hang onto the SPC in view of the above average profits it returns</content>
