PAG to screen ‘Who killed the electric car?’

The Positive Action Group has arranged for two screenings of the controversial film ‘Who Killed the Electric Car?’

Richard Titus says: “Our documentary investigates the death and resurrection of the electric car, as well as the role of renewable energy and sustainable living in our country's future; issues which affect everyone from progressive liberals to the neo-conservative right.”

At a time of growing uncertainty as to the security of oil-based fuel supplies, and the trend for ever increasing price in oil, the issues raised in the film are clearly pertinent for the IOM - and particularly so as the Island is so reliant on imported fossil fuels.

The screenings will take place at 6.15pm and 8.00pm on Monday 15th September at Ramsey Town Hall, and owing to limited space the event is by invitation only. For details of how to obtain a ticket contact PAG at info@positiveactiongroup.org
